The tasting includes Champagne, Opus One 2022, library vintages 2015 and 2005, and a rare collector’s selection from the Opus One cellar.

Each pour is paired with a refined canapé, thoughtfully composed to highlight the evolving character of each wine and the essence of time within every vintage.
